Tearing open a Python egg to release the baby snake!

Working delicately in the field, atop a banyan Ficus leaf, a wildlife worker cuts open a soft python egg pouch that was not able to open on its own, in order to release the young python snake within, and give it a chance at life. This high stakes drama takes place within Kaziranga National Park, in a top secret location where a python mother laid her eggs within the bough of a fallen tree trunk. Shortly after, a new-born python sizes up the world around him!
