Taxi strike Attack on a Uber driver in Paris

This Thursday, June 25, 2015 in Paris, over 650 taxi drivers went on strike in order to protest against the Uber service. UberPOP of vehicles received projectiles near the Porte Maillot, some had broken windows or even on the roof was returned by taxi drivers angry. CRS are currently deployed on the boulevard was closed in both directions between Porte Dauphine and Porte de Champerret. According to police, 2800 taxis were mobilized in France and went on strike.
