Taxi infested with stinging bugs in India

A horrible video has emerged of dozens of bugs crawling on the floor of a taxi in Chennai, India.

The footage, shot last week by the passenger, shows litter on the car floor and small bugs running around the vehicle.

"Half way though the ride I became itchy, so did the driver and I noticed bugs on my hand," the filmer wrote online.

"I look at the floor of the car, noticed garbage (food) and bugs crawling around the floor."

"When I see the side of the car notice HUNDREDS of bugs have infested the car," he continued.

"I ended up with a swollen foot and multiple bites."

He explained that he contacted the taxi company and that they had the car inspected.

However, he only got a small refund.
