BMW's i3 pioneers the revolution of electric cars. The company claims its low weight means one battery charge will take you 160 kilometers. The interior is made of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic, the chassis is aluminum. The vehicle weighs just over 1200 kilograms. We tested it in everyday driving.
