Tapenade is a Provençal name for a spread, condiment and culinary ingredient consisting of puréed or finely chopped olives, capers, and sometimes anchovies. The name comes from the Provençal word for capers, tapenas. It is a popular food in the south of France, where it is generally eaten as an hors d'œuvre spread on bread, with fish, in salads, and sometimes used to stuff poultry for the main course.

Rețetă Aperitiv

Pentru un aperitiv rapid, ce e mai bun decat o reteta din bucataria provensala? Masline negre, capere, ansoa ... ati ghicit, vorbim de tapenade!
Foarte usor de facu! Nu trebuie decat sa amestecati ingredientele. Se poate manca cu paine prajita sau batoane de legume, se poate folosi ca umplutura intre foi de foietaj.

Ingrediente:
- 250 gr masline negre fara samburi
- 30 gr capere
- 60 gr fileuri de ansoa in ulei
- 100 ml ulei de masline
- 1 lingurita piper
- suc de la 1/2 lamaie
