Tank Restorers Strike Gold

Professional Tank Restorers happened up on on incredible discovery inside a tank they were working on on April 3.

This video shows the moment they made a very exciting discover while restoring a tank on their premise. They were prepared to possible find guns inside the tank, but instead found multiple bars of solid gold.

Based in Helmdon in Northamptonshire, Tanks Alot is a tank company which usually specialises in letting people experience what it’s like to drive a tank.

Neal Mead from Tanks Alot told Storyful the reason they were recording the video when they discovered the gold was because they “record any instance where we are removing integral hardware on tanks in case we come across munitions or hidden weapons. This is a very common occurrence during restoration process. It helps to protect us with regards to law enforcement as we can prove through video evidence we any weapons or ammunition came from”.
