The owner of the expensive baubles, filled with righteous anger, after talking to Tamara, soon realizes that she is more a victim of a scam than an artful villain. Moreover, Dubrovsky falls in love with the snatcher, and she reciprocates. But on the way to happiness, as usual, there will be obstacles: the owner of the gallery, on whose favour the woman depends in some
way, has long been hopelessly in love with Tamara, and Dubrovsky has a wife, and she, naturally, is not delighted with the situation.
