Take Napoles list seriously, analyst says

A political analyst believes the country should take the alleged Janet Lim Napoles list seriously as part of the country's democratic process. University of Santo Tomas (UST) political science Professor Edmund Tayao said ignoring the list would be akin to denying any wrongdoing in government.
