A true back-to-the-basics Tae Bo workout. You get the excitement, energy and enthusiasm that originally made Tae Bo a global phenomenon. The punches and jabs engage your core as they shape your shoulders. The kicks raise your heart rate as they tone your legs and buttocks. The program is well-planned and carefully taught, with very smooth transitions. Billy slows down just enough to demo the combo, then quickly brings it up to tempo and pours on the reps (and the intensity).
