Looking up recipes for what I hope to be a weekly series has resulted in a lot of Mexican Food recipes. I'm not sure if that's indicative of Mexican Food, the diet, or if I was just in the mood for Mexican when I was looking up recipes. This recipe is one of the exact things I am looking for when it comes to recipes I like to share. One or two easy steps and then throw in the slow cooker, or bake, or done even. Simple is key when it comes to the recipes that I share. And if anybody has any recipes that I could try it would be greatly appreciated.
