T&T TESTS TYRE RUBBER FOR ROAD REPAIRS
Description
Over 1.5 million tyres are disposed of in this country each year, most times inappropriately, so why not put them to good use? It's the idea behind T&T's first Rubber Crumb Production Facility, the product of which can be used in many applications, including road paving. A road-paving test was carried out in Tunapuna today. Rynessa Cutting reports.
