T.S. Singh Deo questions 3rd phase vaccination process

After the Government announced vaccine for all above 18 years, and giving the States the right to procure directly from the manufacturer, T.S. Singh Deo, Health Minister of Chhattisgarh said that allowing the market forces to decide vaccine distribution could lead to chaos. Watch the video to know what else he said.
