T.D. Johnson - Weeks

My life goes by in weeks.
With each one a new love brings
nothing but sadness and lonely things.
If only I could be the way I want to be
If I could look like the guy on the TV.
Do my words, my thoughts, and my personality make up for it all?
Isn't that good enough?
Perhaps it's all in my head.
Maybe I'd rather be dead.
But life has things worth living for.
Right?
That's what I'm supposed to believe.
Stay with me.
For more than a week.
