Sylvi Sylva - **Cold Feet
17 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
You feel: I always get cold feet
In this, your roomful society
It’s not through lack of courage, you'll see
Is it odd 'cause I hail from the tropics
Where many rivers flow and the sky bears rainbows
You say: I am not a warm person
In your hamlet, this dwelling new
It's not that I don’t have a temperate heart, you'll see
Is it strange 'cause I left my roots in a place
Where collective fortitude promises tolerance
Oh! Let me draw you into the tropics
For once fetch your own courage, and draw your heart
Saunter in the warm sun, try a walk with me in fortitude
Together under this roomful sky, let's emit rainbows
From our feet, our once strangely cold feet
