Due to fully open at the end of the year, Sydney's 'One Central Park' tower is attracting a lot of attention, especially from people with green fingers and deep pockets. The 14-storey tower with vertical gardens will also be self-sustainable. Al Jazeera's Andrew Thomas reports from Sydney.
