sweet dreams - Now, looking back.

Once upon a time I’d of never guessed how,
Things are turning out, how different things are now.
I used to believe that I’d never be one of those,
One of them but that’s just how it goes.
Out on the street every night, always something to say.
Drinking at every chance, drugs every day.
When I was young, I vowed not to turn out like this.
But now things have changed, and I guess I’m everything I didn’t want to be.

Once apon a time I would never of believed anyone if they
were to tell me that things would turn out this way.
Maybe if i knew, if I had a clue- I could of held on tighter
to what i truely believed, and this girl could of kept on fighting.
I should of seen this coming, although I had no clue.
but now its over - no going back... ill do what i have to do.
When I was a girl, this is not what I had planned.
But I suppose it's my destiny, and I guess i'm everything I just didn't want to be.
