SWEET AND SOUR PORK
---------------------------------------
300gm pork (Tender Cut)
3 tablespoon light soya sauce
A bit of 5 spice powder
A bit of ground pepper
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
1egg white

For Sauce
---------------
1 large onion
1 tomato
1/3 cucumber
1 pc pineapple

(All above sauce ingredients cut into pieces)

3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
3 tablespoons Plum sauce
200ml water
1/2 tablespoon of cornflour. All to mix & stir well


Method
------------

1. In heated wok, dust pork with 1 1/2 tablespoon cornflour.
Fry in oil till cooked on both sides, dish up and put aside.

2. 2 tablespoons oil in wok, fry onion till fragrant. Add
tomato, cucumber,pineapple,green capsicum & sauce. Bring to a quick boil.
