Ever wonder why cursing comes so naturally? Well, Business Insider recently reported on the psychology of why we swear. They wrote, "Swearing helps us be more expressive, and can even help us with pain relief and with tasks like lifting weights.
People [also] swear in five different ways: Descriptively, idiomatically, abusively, emphatically, and cathartically." They also reported that there is a disassociation with swearing and language.
