What happens
when it all is written
and there's nothing
left to say.

Will it then be the time
to leave this place
and go upon my way.
I've left a trail of written
words that bare my soul
and speak of what
I had to give.

If someone, anyone
now absorbs my thoughts;
smiles and cries with me -
do I not still live?
