The threads if me o'celtic sweater worn thin
Yet blessed warm the memories me heart holds within
The tea kettle whistle to widen me eyes
Set jig to my feet and leap forth surprise
A glint in me knowin' whereabout ever might wander
Me roads all lead home to a shout out of 'Slainte'
Announced by the bodhran with true lilt of laughter
The devil may chase me, Irish steppin' I'm faster
