Students of Baclaran Elementary School Central unit, 1 and 2 hold an unannounced earthquake drill on Friday. March 24, 2023. Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte has issued a department order mandating the conduct of surprise fire and earthquake drills in public schools.
