I'm super excited as these are the first Kinder Surprise style eggs that I've seen in the States. Which one will we get??

These are the USA version of the Kinder Eggs, this version is legal to sell in the US because the toy case can be seen from the outside so that the toy is not "fully encased" in the chocolate. I found these at the Dollar Tree, be on the lookout for more as Easter gets near and let us know where you've found them!
