Surabhi Gupta - Relation

We met like friends.
Then the relation
Was tagged with 'close'.
By the time anyone understood
We stood up like one soul!

The 'one soul' gave us happiness
And the wealth undemanded,
That we felt to be
The happiest person on earth.

The relation still lingers around
And everyone smell in its essence.
But alas! You and I can't taste it
For the one soul is now different.
