Description
Strong winds and rains battered the eastern provinces of the Philippines on November 9 as Super Typhoon Uwan (international name Fung-wong) moved closer to the northern Philippines, prompting the evacuation of over 100,000 people.
Videos shared by the Philippine Red Cross showed strong winds and rains in the provinces of Catanduanes and Camarines Sur on Sunday morning, as the typhoon approached the region.
