MY MATCH REPORT:
The Highlanders and the Force gave each other a go... The Highlanders looked different in their new green outfits and might have had a comfortable lead at halftime until the Force outplayed them in the 2nd half...Sky News headlined: Force spoil the party. Well Jamie it might have been a half from hell, just sad that the Highlanders could not manage to win the last game at their home ground... The Stormers traveled to Melbourne. The Rebels really struggled to find gear to get going and as soon as they did they were unable to break the strong Stormers defensive line... It was clear that the men from CT were desperate to secure a bonus point try... but it took a while... A better performance from their fly-half, ended the tour on a high note. The Tahs headed to Loftus. The Tahs prevented the Bulls to get their game going, they challenged the breakdown area and the Bulls famous rolling maul... This headline says it all... Waratahs Tumble, but this was no Bull-whipping. Well it was close, but the Bulls still hold on. The Lions got off to a good start when they had the lead at the break, but the momentum quickly shifted when the Canes managed to find the try-line in the 2nd half... The lions defense let them down, whilst the Canes performance wasn’t their best, but they still managed to win.. The Chiefs gave the Blues a wake-up call. iAfrica headlined...
