Super Mario Bros.: World 5-1

Stomp a Koopa and kick its shell to knock out the enemies ahead for points and eventually, an extra life. After you see a Paratroopa, one of the garbage blocks has a Star. You'll next see a cannon that shoots Bullet Bills. A pipe on a platform is the one you can go through to get coins underground. Return to the surface and you'll see 2 Paratroopas before a broken stairway that leads to the flagpole.
