Super Mario Bros.: World 2-4

At the start, you'll see fireballs lurking from the lava. After a section of fire bars, you'll see incoming fire when you see the platforms moving up and down. Continue ahead and you'll reach the drawbridge to battle Bowser again. Hit the axe to finish and Toad will explain that the princess is at another castle.
