The Sunny DeVilles refer to themselves as an "art collective" as opposed to a band. The hip-hop-inspired rappers play various venues and festivals in South Florida and just released the 12-song CD "In Search Of," which can be downloaded from Bandcamp.com.
The core members of the DeVilles are lyricists Tanner Kauffman and James Bauer. Robert Garcia works backing track and loops, and Ian Lutz does duty on tenor sax. They pull in other South Florida talent for recording and stage shows, such as folk singer Ellen Herrera.
