The biggest duty in one’s life
Has been to perform the social obligations
Those humanly formalities
Those unprecedented communalism

Man has always been dancing
To the tunes of the time
Always been acting
But negligence is a crime

You believe in them who just put up a face
And true friendship face the disgrace
In your full sense and understanding
You take such decisions
It’s disrespect to human conscience
And disrespect to realization

Living for the societal realization
Why it always takes the precedence
Why the personal life is sacrificed
To fulfill the wishes of a third person

You neglect your near ones
Because they are just too close to be seen
Too close to fall on the blind spot
That’s why they go unseen

Being a human and behaving like this
Where’s the sense of reasoning
Where’s the ability of judgement
And why best friends go unseen

Caring for you from the deepest of my heart
Are all the petty things tat I do for you
Huh… you take all that for granted it seems
You never attach a decent value

It’s because you don’t have a discretion
Which mortals are supposed to possess
You are as good as inert
As you cannot stand up and assess

You are as good as numb
As good as unconscious
You are as good as quiet
And as good as tenacious

You are as good as silent
As good as dead
As good as frozen
For the reason of your dread

But atleast, I’m happy about one thing
ike this you won’t be able to cheat
Because frozen friends can’t hurt anybody
And a frozen friend can’t deceit
