Suki Nakamura - closing the windows

it is dark, you keep on saying
what i see is otherwise
it is a broad day and the sun is brightly shining
the flowers are abloom
and the trees are a swaying
and the sea so blue
the clouds as white as snow

it is dark, you keep on saying again and again
this world needs a light much brighter than the sun
i am confused, until you close all the windows of your soul

no one weeps.
