Suit seeks to declassify final audit report on 1MDB
Description
A businessman has filed a suit asking the High Court to declassify the final audit report on 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB). He wants the court to strike out the decision by the Government and two others to classify the final audit report as an official secret under the Official Secrets Act (OSA).
