Suhakam opens inquiry into four missing activists
Description
The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) started the 10-day public inquiry into the disappearances of Pastor Raymond Koh, social activist Amri Che Mat, Pastor Joshua Hilmy and his wife Ruth Sitepu on Thursday to determine, among others, if the cases involved enforced disappearances or involuntary disappearances in breach of criminal, civil law or applicable human rights laws.
