Description

Sudanese president Omar al-Bashir - wanted on genocide charges - arrives in Libya for an official visit.
He is here to meet with Mustafa Abdul Jalil, the head of Libya's transitional government.
The trip has drawn criticism from Western observers because Bashir is wanted by the International Criminal Court for allegedly orchestrating a genocide in Darfur.
Human Rights Watch called the visit "disturbing" and said it raised questions about Libya's commitment to the rule of law.
The ties between Libya and Sudan - strained under former leader Muammar Gaddafi - have improved dramatically in recent months.
Abudul Jalil has said arms shipments from Sudan helped Libya's former rebels oust Gaddafi last year.
