Sudan polling extended

After boycotts, allegations of vote-tampering and delays, Sudan's first multi party vote in 24 years has been extended by two days.

The polls to elect a president, parliament and state assembly started on Sunday.

They were scheduled to run for three days, but the election commission says they will now end on Thursday, after voting in some southern districts was stalled because ballots did not arrive on time.
