Substitute Mail Carrier Tosses Package

Info from Licensor: "My dog is in remission for cancer and we give him supplemental medicine to help fight the cancer and keep him in remission. We were expecting one of his meds in the mail. I have Ring camera’s at the front of the house which alert us when someone approaches the front of the house. I was talking on the phone when I received an alert so I waited to check until I was finished with my phone call. I figured it was the mail carrier. Our regular carrier was on vacation so a “fill in” was delivering for him. I opened the door to get the mail and noticed that a package was on the ground near the front patio and thought that was odd. I picked up the package and then turned around and checked the mail box. Nothing was in there so I came into the house and checked the Ring app to watch the video. I was appalled at what I seen. The “fill in” mail carrier whipped into the driveway and came to an abrupt stop. He stepped out of his mail truck, scanned the package. As he scanned the package, then tossed the package against the front of the house and it falls onto the pavement."
