Stuffed pork steaks

A complete dish with meat and vegetables
Ingredients:
4 pork steaks
10 mushrooms
¼ onion
1 bundle of spinach
1 garlic clove
Salt to taste
100 gr Oaxaca cheese
Black ground pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Toothpicks
Tiempo de preparación: 25 minutos
Sirve: 4 personas
Preparation:
Remove the stems from the spinach and discard. Chop the leaves. Finely chop garlic and onion. Shred the cheese.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the steaks.
Heat the oil in a pan and when it is hot, fry the chopped onion and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the chopped spinach and continue cooking a couple more minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and add some slat, mix to integrate.
Put the steaks over a cutting board and fill each one with some of the vegetable mixture, add some shredded cheese. Fold in half and fix with toothpicks.
Heat the pan and when it is hot, fry the steaks a few minutes on each side until they look golden brown.
Remove the toothpicks and serve.
