Description
According to a Tobago police source who spoke with TV6 News, everyone who participated in the beating may face charges of aiding and abetting.
This is related to a video that went viral on social media that shows a student in uniform being thrashed with a strap and a steel rod by her mother after she arrived home at 9 pm, much to her dismay.
