Stuck Gasmeter register

The register from the yellow gas meter is stuck, and doesn't click over to the higher numbers.
The ROMET 7 digit clock register above it is used for the billing purposes and the white box above that one gives the corrected readings, as the gas pressure in the yellow pipe is around 1690 kPa and calculates out the temperature and pressure.
The cubic meters on the dial are then multiplied by about 17.
