Stretching can be complicated form of self-care, because there are so many different techniques. That’s why Business Insider compiled a list of 12 stretches that if done everyday will keep you flexible. Standing up straight is a great stretch, neck rotation is a great one as well. A few other great stretches are the neck tilt, trunk rotation, and the back scratch.
