Street protests spread in Egypt

On the streets of Alexandria, following Friday prayers thousands marched towards a security forces' base chanting slogans against the country's military rulers demanding they stand down.

They say the rulers have failed to deliver "bread, freedom and social equality". Not enough is being done to improve their lives since the revolution, they claim.
