A crunchy shortcrust pastry, a vanilla-flavored pastry cream, and of course, beautiful fresh and fragrant strawberries.

Ingredients:
- 1 shortcrust pastry

For the pastry cream filling:
- 2 cups milk (50 cl)
- 4 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup sugar (125 gr)
- 1/3 cup corn starch (40 gr)
- 1 vanilla pod

- 1 lb strawberries (500 gr)
- 4 ounces strawberry jam (100 gr)
