100 g sugar\r
1/2 tsp cream of tartar\r

FOr the strawberry puree\r
250 g of strawberry \r
1/3 cup sugar\r
\r
optional\r
250 g strawberry for filling and decoration on top \r
melted chocolate for dipping strawberry\r

For the Swiss meringue buttercream \r
144 g eggwhites \r
288 g sugar\r
432 g butter\r
40 ml of strawberry puree\r
2-3 drops gel food colouring (pink) \r
