These people were stuck at the Illinois State Fair because of the terrible weather. However, those who rode the Sky Line had the poorest fate. The ride was stopped in the middle of the session with passengers seated on it because of the intense downpour. The passengers then got totally drenched while the witnesses filmed the bizarre scene.
