Storm Suspends Carnival Rides

Info from Licensor: "My son and I were on the top of the Ferris wheel at the mini carnival when all of a sudden I heard screaming from all the rides. The wind shifted and the rain started to come down. The swings started to hit each other. The carnival guys couldn’t get people off fast enough. Every carnival ride had kids on it from the zipper ride to the Ferris wheel. The lightning, the rain, and wind. Kids and parents screaming everywhere"
