Storm Surge and Floods Hit Anglesey

A winter storm caused travel chaos across Scotland on December 5 after high winds <a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/12/05/us-europe-storm-idUSBRE9B40IY20131205" target="_blank">forced the closure of the rail network and many roads</a>. Winds in excess of 160kph were reported in some areas of Scotland with felled trees and power lines adding to the disruption.
