Stop Bullying Me!

So when I talk about stop bullying me, what is it that I mean? Well, see, it's much easier to stay fit than it is to lose weight. It's much easier to maintain an A grade than it is to bring your grade up.

See, we talk about being proactive. It is so much easier to bully-proof your child beforehand than it is to after they're already being bullied.

So when I talk about stop bullying me, ideally we're being proactive. But what happens in the case where it's happening now? Your child is being bullied now. What do they do?

Well, when they're owner of their four powers, when they have ownership of their four powers, thinking, feeling, saying, and doing, they are able to respond to that bully in that case. Does that mean that they walk away? Maybe. Does that mean that they stand and fight? Maybe.

The key is that they are in ownership of their response and how they handle it, and what, then, they choose to mean, the meaning that they take from the bullying interaction. See, a lot of the times, how do you stop a bully is you simply don't let the bully action land. When you're a target of bullying, it's easy to miss a target.
