Stocks Hit Record High
Description
U.S. stocks reached a record Wednesday as the S&P 500 rose 0.8% to a new high, rebounding over 10% from a late March correction. The Nasdaq gained 1.6% while the Dow slipped 0.1%. Regional officials said the U.S. and Iran reached an "in principle agreement" to extend a ceasefire. Brent crude settled at $94.93, below its $119 peak but above its ~$70 prewar level.
