Stocks Are Up After Rough October

It's been a rough month for US stocks and equities, following an extended sell-off of US Treasury notes and tech stocks.
But the top three indexes on the New York Stock Exchange jumped over 1-percent each on Oct. 30th.
By the closing bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained more than 400-points, rising 1.7-percent.
