stephh marie - why so stressed! =/

what is stress?
To Me stress is when u have too much to handle. whether it be family problems or anything little thinq that really gets to you.
well in my case its a family problem.
I miss my brother so much and i havent seen him since Xmas.
I didnt think he cared bout me i thought he forgot about me and just paid attention to his girlfriend.
I got so fed up i never told anyon ehow i felt so i would just CUT MYSELF! i Know it wasnt the best thing to do but i did it!
TODAY was wen my whole life changed.
today my parents found out that i was cuttin myself
today was the first tymei saw my dad cry
He was so concerned
TOday i Saw my brother for the first tyme in a couple of monthsz.
I hAd the first real conversation with him.
I felt so guilty.
HOW could i have been so selfish? ?
i jus assumed that my brother didnt care bout me
BUT I WAS WRONq!
I DIDNT know he had so many problems goin on.
Now everyone is lookinq at me lyk im crazy cuz i need help! ! all those scars on my wrists=/ i hope things get bettah!
