Stephen Roach - Former Non-executive Chairman of Asia at Morgan Stanley and Senior Fellow at Yale University believes that the state of the global economy is worrisome at the moment. Speaking to ET NOW's Tanvir Gill on Yuan's devaluation, he said that it is evident that Chinese officials are concerned about near-term growth levels, especially given the weak July trade data that came in.
